Wander In Wonder Travel provides Emergency Support services to our customers.  

For emergencies within 24 hours of departure or while you are traveling; Outside the US, please call Whatsapp 1-410-575-3557.

BAGGAGE FEES:

Additional fees for baggage may apply.  Please contact your airline or refer to its website for detailed information regarding their checked baggage policies for more information.

Thoroughly review these terms and conditions of Wander in Wonder Travel LLC and www.wanderinwondertravel.com, herein referred to as WIWT. The addressee (lead/booking passenger/client/customer) of this notice will be the only recipient of this booking receipt and terms and conditions.  It is the sole responsibility of the addressee (lead/booking passenger/client/customer) to inform all other parties traveling of the contents of these terms and conditions.  The addressee (lead/booking passenger/client/customer), by accepting this receipt and making payment to WIWT, acknowledges that they have been advised of, reviewed, and hereby accept these terms and conditions and contract for travel related services.

 

BOOKING ACCURACY/LEGAL NAMES:  Passenger is required to immediately review all aspects of their booking to verify (but not limited to): passenger names, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities on your booking receipt. Please notify WIWT immediately if any omissions and/or corrections are needed regarding the booking details. Passenger(s) voluntarily assumes full & sole responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs involved with failure to report such errors and/or omissions. Passenger is required to verify the accuracy of the passenger’s LEGAL first & last names. It is mandatory that guest names be identical to the Passenger(s) LEGAL full name on government document and identical to the names as they appear on booking and travel documents.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Provided full payment is received no later than Final Payment Due date, travel documents and instructions will be sent via email and/or mail 3 days or earlier prior to travel.  If paper documents are requested when e-documents are available, documents will be delivered via USPS approximately 14-21 days prior and a fee of $25 will apply.  A complete address is required and no P.O. Boxes will be accepted

I/we understand that valid identification is needed to travel Drivers License, State issued Identification, Passport.

PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION: â€‹I/we understand that a valid Passport is required to travel internationally. 

Passport number, date of issue, expiration date, and all other pieces of data from the passport ID page are required to be submitted no later than the Final Payment due date. This information is required on all International trips and is only shared when required by local authorities. It is the traveler's responsibility to insure their passport is valid at least 6 months past the last day of the group trip or obtain a new passport in a timely manner in order to submit passport information by the Final Payment due date.  If the traveler's passport information is not received at least 90 days prior to the travel group’s departure date, the traveler will receive a "final request" email that removal from the tour will result if the passport information is not provided within 72 hours (3 days) of final request.

 

Passenger(s) assumes sole responsibility to independently confirm all documentation requirements for all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry and/or travel requirements of each destination. Passenger(s) assumes sole responsibility for, and hereby releases WIWT from any claims or responsibility for any and all damages incurred as a result of Passenger(s) failure to comply with applicable documentation requirements, including but not limited the requirement that all Passengers procure and have on their person the proper travel documents at all times. WIWT recommends the Passenger(s) consult with the appropriate domestic and foreign governmental agencies for the current document requirements.

ROOMMATE LOCATOR:

  • ​Wander In Wonder Travel will attempt to arrange a roommate for any traveler upon request. 

  • For travelers who choose to room alone a single room rate is available.

  • After final payment, no changes can be made to the room type (double or single occupancy).

  • All shared rooms have 2 beds and are non-smoking rooms.

  • During the hosted trip, a room-sharing traveler who wishes to make a change in their rooming situation is responsible to make their own arrangements and to pay for a separate room if single accommodations are desired.

PRICING: Prices and availability quoted by WIWT aren't guaranteed until a deposit is fully paid and confirmation is sent.  Pricing and availability may change without notice.  Passenger agrees that WIWT is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any quotes, advertisements, including on our website, resulting in inventory, content, or pricing discrepancies nor is the agency responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur as a result of incorrect information from third parties.  Suppliers reserve the right not to honor any published prices that it determines were erroneous due to electronic, printing, or clerical error. You acknowledge this right and agree to hold WIWT harmless for any actions or damages arising from supplier pricing. WIWT reserves the right to charge Passenger(s) for any increase in taxes, fees or surcharges (i.e. fuel). Passenger(s) acknowledge this right and agree to pay any such additional taxes, fees, and surcharge

 

PAYMENTS:  WIWT accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.  WIWT holds reservations until “Deposit Due Date” indicated on your confirmation.  If deposit/payment is not received by WIWT on or before the Deposit Due Date, reservations are automatically cancelled.  Failure to remit payments on a timely basis will automatically put your booking at risk of cancellation. Please contact us immediately, and in advance of your payment due date, if you will be unable to meet this obligation. Without limitation, Passenger(s) voluntarily hold WIWT harmless for cancellation of any booking for either late payment or declination of a credit card.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE​:  The final payment due date will be clearly marked on the event’s page. It is the responsibility of the traveler to make the final payment before or by the due date. Failure to make the final payment by the stated due date will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and all previous deposits will be forfeited. All late payments must be approved by Wander In Wonder. A late payment fee of $50 must be paid for payments received after the final due date and before the final payment will be submitted. 

 

DECLINED PAYMENTS:

​A declined payment will be resubmitted within 2 days. If the payment is declined the second time an email will be sent to request another form of payment. A late monthly fee of $35 will be required to be paid prior to the third attempt. After the third declined payment the reservation may be canceled and all previous payments will be forfeited. 

It is the responsibility of the traveler to insure the correct credit card payment information has been submitted, which includes the following: credit card holder’s name, billing address, phone number, credit card type, credit card number, expiration date and three digit security code. Submitting incorrect credit card information will result in a late monthly payment fee of $35 after the second attempt.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION: I authorize Wander In Wonder Travel, or its suppliers to charge the credit card indicated on the authorization form.  The payment authorization is for the goods/services described, for the amount indicated, and is valid for one time use only.  I certify that I am an authorized user of the credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on the form.  I agree that I will pay for the purchase in accordance with the issuing bank cardholder agreement. Wander In Wonder Travel is an approved travel agency authorized to conduct business with all travel suppliers including, but not limited to airlines, car rental agencies, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and travel insurance companies.  Your professional travel agent/ consultant Wander In Wonder Travel is contracted with suppliers for the purchase of these various travel services, therefore, it is required that you comply with our credit card acceptance policies. You should complete the authorization form if you are using your credit card to purchase travel services for yourself or other individuals known to you.  Please fully complete and return all authorization form(s) to your travel agent/consultant using the instructions provided. The purpose of the Credit Card Authorization form is to comply with credit card acceptance rules with travel suppliers and to protect you the cardholder, Wander In Wonder Travel - WIWT and your travel agent/consultant from credit card fraud.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding our form, please contact your travel consultannt. This form must be completed and signed by the cardholder.  Wander In Wonder Travel reserves the right to request additional information from the cardholder.  If fraud is suspected, Wander In Wonder Travel reserves the right to deny this transaction.  For your protection, it is your responsibility to check that you have a secure connection before submitting any online information. 

 

REFUNDS & TRANSFER OF PAYMENTS:  â€‹Payments submitted to Wander In Wonder Travel is non-refundable and non-transferable for future events due to the policies and contractual agreements set forth by our suppliers. It is the traveler’s responsibility to insure they are able to attend and capable of paying for the event, along with any costs not included in the price of the reservation i.e. airfare, meals, activities etc. Travelers should seriously consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance in order to protect their investment.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:  All cancellations or no-shows are subject to penalties imposed by the supplier.  If you require a copy of these terms, please contact the supplier.  Additionally, all booking cancellations, transfers to another Agency, or no-shows are considered cancellations and subject to a non-refundable $50.00 per person fee imposed by WIWT.  Cancellation fees charged by Wander In Wonder Travel are not covered by most travel protection plans.  All cancellations MUST be in writing and sent to WIWT via email info@wanderinwondertravel.com along with your invoice number, full name and date of travel.

RESERVATION CHANGES:  All changes to an existing reservations, whatever the cause will incur a $50 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. This includes name changes* and removal of any services such as optional tours and transfers.

 

*Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking.

 

Changes or additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time of amendment and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider.  There are no refunds for unused services.

TRAVEL PROTECTION: Travel insurance protection is Strongly Recommended.  As your travel consultant, we have a professional responsibility to recommend the purchase of travel protection to protect both you and your vacation. While we do offer coverage through certain carriers, we cannot compare all the policies or companies currently in the marketplace. This responsibility rests solely with you the customer and we advise you to do your research and find coverage that best fits your individual needs. WIWT is limited to advising you of the need for such coverage.

By declining travel protection, you acknowledge and accept liability for any cancellation penalties, damages and/or out–of-pocket expenses incurred.  You also acknowledge and accept responsibility for arranging and paying for any treatment in case of a medical emergency while traveling.  Please note that if you decline this type of coverage, you have waived your rights to this important coverage and your confirmation will note “declined” next to the travel protection section of your confirmation.  If you've purchased travel protection, please remember to review your confirmation for accuracy and call us immediately if you believe you have travel protection and your confirmation indicates declined.  Failure to contact us will be considered waiver of travel protection.

We urge you to read your policy when it arrives as it contains important information.  This information includes, but is not limited to, details on the extent of coverage and procedures for making a claim.  All requests for service under the policy must be filed directly with the travel insurance provider, in accordance with the policy terms and conditions, which you the passenger are responsible for reviewing upon receipt of your travel protection policy.  WIWT is not able to give advice with regard to possible cancellations and any associated claims processing.  All queries regarding cancellation, penalties, coverage should be directed to your particular travel insurance provider.  Please note that the travel insurance provider may not be allowed to discuss your claim with WIWT due to privacy laws (e.g. HIPAA).  Accordingly, you acknowledge that WIWT cannot be involved in any aspect of your claim/request for service.  Passenger(s) acknowledge and agree that WIWT has no control over the travel insurance provider or its coverage decisions, and as a result WIWT is not responsible for and shall not be liable for policy coverage, claims processing, or the denial of any claims.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS:  Arrival and departure flight details are required to be submitted no later than the Final Payment due date in order to arrange transfers and to know when travelers are expected. If travel arrangements are not received by 90 days before travel, the traveler will be placed in the final arrival transfer group on the arrival day and the first departure transfer group of the departure day (when transfers are provided).

ARRIVAL, TRANSFERS AND DELAYS​:  Travelers arriving by air are responsible for allowing sufficient time to deplane, gather luggage and travel to the designated meeting location to join the group trip. Wander In Wonder Travel will not delay the departure of the group for travelers arriving after the designated start time as listed in the individual itineraries. Travelers are required to provide Wander In Wonder Travel with their flight arrangements no later than the final payment due date of the tour. Travelers are also required to notify us in the event the airline should change the arrival or departure time of a flight.  If scheduled transfers are provided during a group trip, travelers who elect to take alternate transportation to the hotel, for any reason, will not be reimbursed for the transfer expense incurred.

HEALTH AND MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS:  Information about medications, dietary, emergency contact, etc. is required to be submitted no later than the Final Payment due date. This information is held in confidence and is only used in case of an emergency. If the traveler's medical information is not received by 30 days before travel, the traveler will not receive Final Travel Information until such time as the information is provided.

CONSULTANT/INTERMEDIARY:  Wander In Wonder Travel is acting as a booking agent for the suppliers. WIWT is simply an intermediary between the suppliers and the public is simply an intermediary between the suppliers - airlines, cruise ships, etc. and the public.  

 

Wander In Wonder Travel - WIWT is not liable for anything that the suppliers do or fail to do that causes damages, injury or loss.  Suppliers reserve the right to deviate from the direct, customary and/or scheduled route or itinerary for any reason, without limitation and without notice.  Passenger(s) acknowledge and agree that WIWT is not responsible for supplier deviations, delays, cancellations, mandated overnight stays, missed connections or any other condition beyond its control; i.e. loss due to Passenger's gambling or for purchases made while on the trip. 

 

Cruise ship itinerary changes are subject to change without notice.  Furthermore, cruise ships may be chartered and/or departure dates canceled, in which case all monies will be refunded.  Wander In Wonder Travel takes no responsibility for ship substations or itinerary changes imposed by a cruise line and is not responsible for any losses you may incur including the issuance and /or cancellation of airline tickets or visa fees.  

 

Many ships do not carry a doctor or nurse onboard.  Should medical attention be required, local services will be contacted. Resulting charges will be the responsibility of the passenger.  Wander In Wonder Travel and the cruise ship operator are not responsible for the services provided.  

​

​HEALTH AND MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS:  WIWT recommends that all Passengers be in good physical and mental health and have medical approval to travel. Check with your healthcare provider for up to date requirements.  Required inoculations, if any, must be recorded by clients' health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate which the client must carry for proof of inoculation where required.  Individuals with heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness should not participate in these rigorous travel programs.  Any person who arrives to the destination ill with apparent fever or becomes ill during the tour will be removed from the group and directed to a local medical facility for diagnosis.  Only upon clearance by an accredited medical facility will that individual be allowed to resume the group travel.  All costs associated with medical treatment and related expenses such as additional hotel nights or transportation not included in the original itinerary will necessarily be borne by the passenger.  Please note that some countries may require aircraft cabin insecticide treatment for in-bound foreign flights.  A list of such countries is available at: https://www.transportation.gov/airconsumer/spray

PASSENGER AGREEMENT:  By submitting a deposit or payment, I/we formally accept Wander In Wonder Travel's Terms and Conditions as stated herein.  Any violation will constitute a breach and forfeiture of any and all payments.

​

COVID-19 RELATED RISKs and VACCINATION POLICIES: You agree that it is your personal decision to travel, and you are doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regards to the risks of COVID-19. We have no responsibility for COVID-19-related requirements that travel suppliers and governments may impose from time to time, such as health affidavit forms, health screenings prior to departure or upon arrival, face coverings, exclusions, closures, or quarantines. Suppliers' vaccination policies may change after the booking and Wander In Wonder Travel has no liability for such changes.   I/we agree and accept the responsibility of checking the supplier's latest policies on its website.

OTHER RISKs OF TRAVEL AND RELEASE LIABILITY:  Wander In Wonder Travel, LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, officers and shareholders, (collectively "Wander In Wonder Travel - WIWT") does not own or operate any of, airlines, hotels, tours, bus, vans, or other transportation providers, cruise lines, vessels, travel protection companies, attractions, food service or entertainment providers, organizers or providers of optional excursions or equipment thereon, or other travel-related suppliers who provide goods or services for the Passenger(s)’ trip.  All such persons and entities are independent contractors.  As a result, (I/we)Passenger(s) acknowledge and agree that WIWT is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party.  Wander In Wonder Travel - WIWT assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of any party not under our control, the suitability for a disabled person of any portion of any trip, any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as canoeing, swimming, kayaking, sailing, zip-ling, rafting, hiking, bicycling, walking, etc., food poisoning, sanitation problems, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics, pandemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Wander In Wonder Travel.  In addition, I release Wander In Wonder Travel from its own negligence and assume all risk thereof

For information related to such danger, we recommend going to the State Department travel website at www.travel.state.gov, click "Find International travel information" then click on " Country information" and fill in the name of the destination country. For medical and health information, we recommend going to the Centers for Disease Control website at https://www.cdc.gov/travel 

then click on "Destinations", scroll to the name of the destination country.  It is your personal decision to travel and you are doing so with the full knowledge of the current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regards to the risks of COVID-19.  YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL OF THESE RISKS AND DANGERS AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY ASSUME, AGREE TO FOREVER RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD US, WANDER IN WANDER TRAVEL- WIWT, OUR AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, ASSOCIATES, AFFILIATED COMPANIES, GUIDES, GROUP LEADERS, SUBCONTRACTORS HARMLESS AGAINST ANY AND  ALL LIABILITY, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTIONS, SUITS, CLAIMS AND DEMANDS OF ANY AND EVERY KIND AND NATURE WHATSOEVER WHICH YOU NOW HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREAFTER ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE RISKS AND DANGERS.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:  I am/we are aware that travel such as that I am/we are undertaking involves hazardous activities, with a risk of injury or death which may be caused by forces of nature, animals, insects or flora, the negligence of Wander In Wonder Travel - "WIWT", or other persons and companies known or unknown, or of willful or criminal conduct of third parties.  I am/we are aware that weather conditions may be adverse, severe, and/or unpleasant.  I am/we are aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time during which I am/we are participating on the trip.  In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this trip I am/we are willing to accept the risks and uncertainties involved as being an integral part of my/our adventure.  I/we hereby accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of  Wander In Wonder Travel and agree to hold harmless and release Wander In Wander Travel - "WIWT"  from claims of third party negligence.  I/we understand the physical requirements of the activity in which I/we will be participating, and I/we currently have no known physical, medical or mental condition which would impair my/our ability to participate in this tour or my/our safety in this activity, and I am/we are willing to assume all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition.  I/we hereby authorize Wander In Wonder Travel - "WIWT" my/our local ground handler or others to arrange for any emergency medical treatment and hospitalization as may be necessary for me/us because of participation in this activity without my/our further consent.

BINDING ARBITRATION:  I/we agree that any dispute concerning, relating or referring to this Agreement, the brochure or any other literature concerning my/our trip itself, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Rules & Procedure of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc.  Such proceedings will be governed by substantive but not procedural Maryland law and will take place in Baltimore, MD.  The arbitrator and not any federal, state, or local court or agency shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, conscionability, or formation of this contract, including but not limited to any claim that all or any part of this contract is void or voidable.  Please understand that by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you/we are waiving my/our right to a trial by jury.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION:  I/we acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate on the trip designated on this application and that I/we have read the description of the trip as it appears in the current Wander In Wonder Travel website relating to the trip, together with all information contained in this application.  I am/we are voluntarily participating in this trip with knowledge of the hazards involved.

CANCELLATION OF HOSTED GROUP TRAVEL: On rare occasions, Wander In Wonder Travel must cancel a tour, either because there are not enough travelers to operate the tour if travel arrangements are booked under a group booking that requires a minimum number of travelers, or for other events outside the control of Wander In Wonder Travel.  Wander In Wonder Travel will cancel tours due to lack of travelers prior to final invoicing however, Wander In Wonder Travel reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time up to the day of departure, due to no fault of our own.  In the event of a cancellation by Wander In Wonder Travel, all monies paid to Wander In Wonder Travel for the canceled tour will be promptly refunded to the traveler. Wander In Wonder Travel is not responsible for any penalties imposed by the airlines.

COLLECTIVE CONCORD:  ​In order to maintain a positive dynamic, Wander In Wonder Travel reserves the right to accept, decline, or remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive or incompatible with the group's interests.   This includes, but is not limited to, individuals under the influence of substances or alcohol, causing a detrimental impact on the group's overall experience.  Any associated expenses, such as cancellation fees or arrangements for alternative travel or return, will be the responsibility of the passenger. Please note that all unused services are non-refundable.

USE OF 3RD PARTY OPERATORS:  Some Wander In Wonder Travel trips, as noted in the itinerary, are scheduled with tour operators who sell their tours to the general public. The traveler acknowledges that other groups and/or individuals may be a part of the same tour.

​

KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION:  I/we have carefully read these Terms and Conditions, the booking information sections of this document and fully understand its contents.  I am/we are aware that this is a real of liability and a contract between myself and Wander In Wonder Travel and agree of my own free will.  By submitting a deposit, I/we agree to these Terms and Conditions and Wander In Wonder Travel's Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk and Binding Arbitration Clause for myself each member of my traveling party and any minor children accompanying me.

USE OF TRAVELERS' IMAGES IN PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS: â€‹ Photographs and video taken by Wander In Wonder Travel representatives while on tour are the property of Wander In Wonder Travel and may be used in promotional materials. Any traveler who does not wish to have their photograph or video footage used in promotional material MUST advise Wander In Wonder Travel in writing no later than the tour’s final payment due date.

USE OF WEBSITE:  www.wanderinwondertravel.com Agreement between Customer and Wander In Wonder Travel:  www.wanderinwondertravel.com is offered to you, the customer, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.  Your use of www.wanderinwondertravel.com constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
