JetBlue Takes Off at BWI: More Flight Options Coming to Maryland Travelers

Exciting news for travelers across Maryland and the Washington, D.C. region: JetBlue Airways is officially expanding its network to Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), bringing new nonstop flight options and added convenience for both leisure and business travelers.

Beginning July 9, 2026, JetBlue will launch three daily nonstop flights between BWI and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, offering travelers an easy gateway to South Florida’s beaches, cruise ports, and vibrant cultural attractions. Later in the year, on November 2, 2026, the airline will further expand its service with nonstop flights connecting Baltimore and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The arrival of JetBlue marks another milestone in BWI’s continued growth as one of the region’s leading airports. Known for its customer-focused service, comfortable onboard experience, and competitive fares, JetBlue’s addition gives travelers even more flexibility when planning vacations, family visits, and business trips.
