TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE and SIGNATURE

 

In order to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, a Planning Deposit is required for all travelers.  The Planning Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.  The Travel Planning Deposit is due after the consultation.  Based on our personal experience and professional expertise in our line of work, vacation planning involves research and much time.  We research suppliers to get you the best rate for your specified budget.  We work with you to make sure your travel needs and requirements are met.  It will be applied towards the balance of your travel package if booked within 30 days of receiving a proposal.  If travel isn't booked within 30 days, the deposit will be retained for services rendered - researching and creating a customized itinerary/proposal.
